A ball of goodness - oats, nutella, almond butter, coconut, chia and flax seeds all rolled into one treat.

Makes: 20-30 cookies

 

What You Need

1 1/2 cups organic quick oats

1/3 c nutella

1/3 c crunchy organic almond butter

1/2 cup shredded organic unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup organic agave nectar

1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts

2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

2 tsp. gluten-free organic vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. salt

 

Make It

Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until combined. Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate on a parchment-lined cookie sheet until set. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge, or pop some in the freezer for a snack for later.
